We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in our policy administration program.
Job Summary: The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and supporting the implementation of business processes and system requirements for our policy administration program. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of policy administration, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze business requirements for the policy administration program.
* Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
* Conduct gap analysis and develop solutions to address identified issues.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
* Collaborate with our testing team to ensure successful implementation of system changes.
* Collaborate with our product management team to groom our program backlog
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
* Experience with requirements gathering and analysis.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with policy administration software and systems.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$85,000-$145,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
