Role Overview The Purchase Experience team has embarked on an exciting journey to transform the end-to-end purchase experience, encompassing all products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability insurance, business solutions and wealth management. With this transformation new tools and processes will be introduced and will require monitoring to ensure these innovative tools are delivering as expected and to identify improvements.The Purchase Experience Operations Enablement (PXOE) team is building an accelerated underwriting monitoring program to evaluate new underwriting tools including those that introduce additional sources of underwriting data. We are seeking an individual who will be a key contributor to building this process, using their underwriting expertise to analyze results, identify trends and improvement opportunities. This role will be part of the PXOE Quality Control team. What You'll Do:

Pay Transparency Salary Range:$80,000-$110,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program. Please note: This role requires FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
