In addition, there is an emphasis on optimizing processes with appropriate solutions to enhance efficiency. This role is responsible in overseeing and facilitating key projects in Talent Acquisition, develop and implement detailed project plans, mitigate risk, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations with a strong focus on regulatory knowledge to join our team. The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations will play a key role in driving operational excellence within our talent acquisition function. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of talent acquisition regulations, compliance, and industry best practices. Lead Operations Strategy Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our recruiting practices meet all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, while driving process improvements and optimizing the efficiency of our recruitment operations. This role will not have direct reports but will work closely with recruiting teams, legal, and compliance stakeholders to maintain alignment with regulatory requirements. What will you do? Regulatory Compliance:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on recruiting-related regulatory requirements, including EEO, OFCCP, ADA, FLSA, and other relevant local, state, and federal laws.
- Ensure that talent acquisition processes, policies, and systems align with legal and regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance on compliance issues related to candidate sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Process Optimization and Efficiency:
- Analyze and optimize talent acquisition workflows to streamline processes and improve the overall candidate experience.
- Identify areas for automation and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices for interview and selection procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness.
Collaboration and Training:
- Collaborate closely with legal, HR, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on regulatory changes and best practices.
- Develop and conduct training programs for talent acquisition teams to promote regulatory knowledge and adherence.
- Act as a liaison between the talent acquisition team and cross-functional departments to drive alignment on hiring strategies and processes.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Monitor and track compliance-related metrics, preparing regular reports for leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide insights on operational trends, regulatory risks, and process improvement opportunities based on data and analytics.
Risk Mitigation:
- Proactively identify potential risks related to recruiting practices and recommend corrective actions to mitigate these risks.
- Stay current with changes in labor laws and regulatory requirements, ensuring the organization's recruiting practices remain compliant.
Continuous Improvement:
- Lead or participate in special projects aimed at improving talent acquisition operations and regulatory compliance.
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact talent acquisition operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruitment compliance, or HR operations, with a focus on regulatory knowledge.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of federal and state labor laws, EEO guidelines, OFCCP regulations, and other applicable regulations affecting talent acquisition.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and translate them into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and advise on regulatory matters.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems, and recruitment technologies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required):
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications.
- Certified Diversity and Inclusion Professional (CDIP) is a plus.
The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 -$190,000 (Jersey City, New Jersey) $85,000-$150,000 (Raleigh, NC and Minneapolis MN) depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
