**Overview**
REACH Kidney Care is a division of Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) that is responsible for population health services for people with advanced kidney disease, including testing and implementing new ways to improve care. The REACH team has a steadfast focus on providing high-quality person-centered care that carries forward the mission of DCI: "The care of the patient is our reason for existence." REACH Kidney Care, the population health services line of DCI Kidney Care, is seeking a highly experienced **Senior Business Analyst** to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business analysis, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The key functions of the Senior Business Analyst include analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, within a part-time, 10-hour, work week. **Schedule:** Part-Time, 10 hours/week. **Compensation:** Pay depending on qualifications and experience **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** **Requirements Gathering:** Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. **Solution Design:** Develop and propose solutions to address business needs, including process changes, system enhancements, andnew technologyimplementations. **Data Analysis:** Perform data analysis to support decision-making andidentifytrends, patterns, and insights.Follow best practices. **Project Management:** Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuringtimelydelivery and adherence to project scope and budget. **Stakeholder Communication:** Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns. **Documentation:** Create andmaintaincomprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides. **Training and Support:** Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor's degreepreferred **Experience:** Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. **Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiencyin business analysis tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards. **Technical Skills:** Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and other relevant technologies. **Industry Experience:** Experience inhealthcare analytics or IT preferred. **DCI's Differentiator:** Since opening the first clinic 50 years ago in Nashville, Tenn., our Dialysis Clinic, Inc. family has grown to be the nation's largest nonprofit dialysis provider with more than 270 locations in 30 states, serving nearly 14,000 patients each day.
