The Temporary Development Coordinator will provide administrative support to both the Major Gifts and Operations Teams, reporting to the Senior Director of Development Operations. The schedule is 20 hours per week at the SRH Charlestown office.
For the Major Gifts Team, the Coordinator will provide general administrative support, add grateful patient fundraising plans and interactions in the donor database (Atlas), assist program manager with patient census data files, and help schedule various team meetings. For the Operations Team, the Coordinator is responsible for sorting the incoming mail, printing and mailing thank you letters, scanning donor backup and letters, updating the daily gift log, data entry and operational support for the department, as assigned. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience in healthcare fundraising operations at one of the world's leading rehabilitation hospitals as part of a highly professional and collaborative team.
