Learn more at HonorHealth.com. Responsibilities Job Summary The Director is responsible for developing partnerships and pipelines to address current and future clinical workforce needs. The Director will: establish and maintain effective partnerships with public and private universities, technical programs, and funding agencies; serve as a primary community liaison for academic institutions by functioning as an advocate and expert; partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement talent strategies, practices, and programs aimed at achieving a competitive advantage for the organization through its clinical developmental programs; utilize strategic & operational clinical workforce forecasting to identify the skills and capabilities needed in the future; develop and oversee execution of workforce strategy specific to knowledge, skills and abilities needed to advance in specialty or clinical leadership pathways throughout the organization; utilize data and analytics to achieve the organization's workforce planning and performance management objectives.
Qualifications Education Master's Degree Healthcare-focus, education, human resources management, organization development, business administration or related field. Required Other Healthcare-related degree at Bachelor's or Masters level Required Experience 3 years of clinical program or department management experience Required Licenses and Certifications Current and valid Arizona license, if applicable for specialty Required Certification in clinical specialty or program management within 12 months of hire 1 Year Required |
