Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC's Office of the US CIO is responsible for the oversight of all technology supporting the firm's Combined US Operations (CUSO). The CUSO includes Capital Markets, Wealth Management, City National Bank, RBC Bank (US), Global Asset Management, and Functions within the US. The US IT Resilience and Stability Director role is accountable to the US CIO for overseeing the organization's resilience and stability. This hands-on role focuses on enhancing IT processes to proactively identify, manage, and mitigate operational risks to IT Stability and Resilience. By aligning with organizational objectives, the role ensures robust management of resilience and stability across internal operations and third-party dependencies. This role emphasizes disaster recovery readiness and effective management of cyber resilience. The role collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure consistency across execution assurance activities supporting the CUSO, delivering governance, risk management, and value realization. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $160,000 - $250,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
