IT HRMS Administrator
Pasadena, TX
As an HRMS Administrator at PSC Group, you will be responsible for effectively managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's Human Resource Management System. You will act as a critical link between the HR, Payroll, and IT departments, ensuring the system aligns with organizational goals, complies with regulations, and efficiently supports Human Capital processes across the organization. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HRMS, including system configurations, upgrades, and patches.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring proper access controls.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRMS-related issues, resolving system errors and user-reported problems.
- Work with the IT team and software vendors to escalate and resolve technical issues.
- Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of the system.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements and new features.
- Develop and maintain workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet HR and organizational needs.
- Ensure the HRMS aligns with business processes and integrates with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure accurate data entry and conduct regular audits to maintain data quality.
- Generate and analyze reports for HR and leadership, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Manage data migrations and system updates in collaboration with the IT team.
- Ensure the HRMS complies with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Stay current on HRMS trends, tools, and best practices to recommend system improvements
Desired Job Qualifications
- Experience with Dayforce is strongly preferred.
- Experience with integration tools and APIs for connecting HRMS with other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Certifications in HRMS platforms or related technologies.
- Prior experience with HRMS implementations is a plus
Minimum Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering HRMS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM,etc.)
- Proficiency in HRMS administration, configuration and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices
- Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations and compliance requirements
