Job Description:
Provides essential clerical and technical support for Breast Imaging Services, including:

• Greeting patients and families in a professional manner.
• Managing patient records, including verification, digitizing outside exams, and burning CDs.
• Supporting the mammography data tracking system with accurate data entry and audit reviews.
• Coordinating communications between patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Ensuring all regulatory guidelines are followed, including confidentiality and accurate patient identification.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Less than one year of experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in managing data systems and attention to detail.
