Summary:

The Talent Development Partner is responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing effective training platforms to assist individuals and departments in improving performance. This individual will play a critical role in creating engaging content, enabling managers, and facilitating training sessions. The TD Partner must be passionate about driving employee development through creative content, building leadership capabilities, and impactful presentations. This position also has responsibility and oversight of the Learning Management System to ensure accuracy of training schedules, transcripts and uploads. The TD Partner collaborates with internal clients in areas that include strategic planning, performance improvement and project management. This position provides ongoing reports that detail training utilization and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 15 years of advanced facilitation experience in organizational development or related field.
  • Master's Degree (Preferred)
  • Two to three years of progressive experience in human resources and/or organizational development
  • Two years change management communication (Preferred)
  • Must be familiar with LMS concepts and functionality. In addition, must be a quick learner of systems.
  • Proven ability and competence to function in a highly visible role with heavy cross-functional interaction across the human resources platform.
  • Technical and practical grasp of HR practices and metrics to deliver fully integrated human capital solutions to clients.
  • Must have sound technical skills, analytical ability, including ability to interpret metrics/dashboards, good judgement, and a strong operational focus
  • SHRM Certification ( Preferred)
  • Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, DDI or Hogan certification (Preferred)
  • Well versed in adult training theory and instructional design ( Preferred)
  • Exceptional written/oral communication and interpersonal skills; confidence presenting to large audiences.(Preferred)
  • Strong project management, diagnostic and consulting skills (Preferred)
  • Strategic and systematic thinking skills ( Preferred)
