Responsibilities
UnityPoint Clinic Cedar Rapids is seeking dynamic and experienced leaders to join our team. As Senior Clinic Administrator, these leaders will partner with physician leaders in a dyad relationship to:
- Oversee day to day operations of multiple or larger regional clinics.
- Lead efforts to optimize clinic performance to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Recruit, supervise, mentor, and develop clinic staff.
- Demonstrate sound fiscal management of clinic operations through budget planning and performance. Assure optimal use of regional resources to meet objectives.
- Participate in the provider recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree required OR a combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree with experience in physician practice management preferred.
- Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) is a plus.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience
- Experience in accounts receivable, to include billing, collection, ICD-9 and CPT coding.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
- Knowledge of personnel administration and patient relation principles.
