Texas Oncology/Urology is looking for an Surgical Oncology Liaison Sr to join our team! This position will support all the Texas Urology Specialists locations within the Dallas Metroplex market. Travel will be daily to support the practice growth of these locations. What does the Surgical Oncology Liaison Sr do? (including but not limited to) This individual will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with new and established referring physicians within the Dallas Metroplex to support the growth and success of our Dallas Urologists. Their focus will be to develop and implement a practice growth strategy for new and established urology physicians in core markets and support their overall practice growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development or healthcare sales. Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Surgical Oncology Liaison Sr will have the following background and experience:

Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 lbs. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Work Environment: The work environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medical preparations and other conditions common to an oncology/hematology clinic environment. Work will involve in-person interaction with co-workers and management and/or clients. Work may require travel by automobile approximately 50% of work week. Sales development people regularly work outside the office in order to call on customers to make sales. |
