Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (full-time salary, benefits after 90 days)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for on-call duties, including weekends and holidays based on business needs.

As the General Manager, you will oversee all hotel operations, ensuring cleanliness and performance standards through daily inspections. You'll manage payroll, accounting functions, and the hotel budget, while handling HR duties such as wage administration and performance reviews. You'll monitor hotel performance, collaborate with the sales team on revenue strategies, and promote the hotel within the community. Ensuring guest safety, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a professional appearance are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an AGM or GM
  • At least 3 years of hotel operations experience in a supervisory role
  • 2 years of experience with Hilton, Marriott, or similar brands
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Strong smartphone, computer, and keyboard skills
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours (50-55 hours per week)
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting
