Staffmark is excited to offer a direct-hire opportunity for an experienced Avionics Technician in Tullahoma, TN with a chance to elevate your career in the aviation industry!

Salary: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM

As an Avionics Technician II, you'll be a crucial part of the team responsible for the installation, maintenance, updates, and modifications of advanced aircraft avionic systems. You will troubleshoot system malfunctions, perform minor sheet metal fabrication for new or replacement parts, and contribute to ensuring all tasks meet federal regulations and repair station procedures. Additionally, you'll be responsible for accurately documenting all completed work in compliance with industry standards. You'll collaborate with management and other technicians to support ongoing aircraft modifications, contributing to the success of every project.

Responsibilities:



  • Install, maintain, and modify avionic systems on aircraft
  • Troubleshoot and repair avionics system malfunctions
  • Perform sheet metal fabrication for new and replacement parts
  • Maintain accurate records and document all work completed
  • Ensure all tasks comply with federal and repair station standards
  • Collaborate with team members and management on aircraft modifications
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail




Requirements:



  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Avionics Technician
  • Strong knowledge of avionics systems and troubleshooting techniques
  • Prior military experience is highly valued but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
