Maintenance Worker

Pay Rate: $17 - $19 per hour (based on experience)

Choose the 1st shift schedule that works best for you!

• 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM
• 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
• Monday - Friday

Essential Functions:

• Perform routine housekeeping and janitorial duties to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Operate powered cleaning tools to maintain the facility.
• Care for the grounds, including lawns, shrubs, signs, parking lots, roads, and sidewalks.
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as basic carpentry and janitorial repairs.
• Maintain walls, floors, and other building surfaces.
• Conduct inspections of the building, grounds, and mechanical systems.
• Assist with plant and equipment maintenance as assigned.
• Steel-toe shoes are required along with the ability to stand for 8 hours.
