Your role in our success: The Customer Billing Rep III is responsible for managing and overseeing the billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, and handling payment-related tasks. Their role involves but it's not limited to: Analyzing financial data; preparing financial reports; working closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations; maintaining records; improving billing and payment procedures to enhance efficiency; processing incoming payments and reconciling them with customer accounts; ensuring timely and accurate posting of payments to accounts; reconciling customer accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted; and identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors in billing/payment transactions.
