Position Title: CNC Grinder
Wage: $25-$30/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3pm-1am Monday-Thursday overtime on Friday QPS Employment Group is hiring a 2nd shift CNC Grinder for a company in Whitewater, WI. CNC Grinder Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate assorted polishing tools and abrasives on surface of work piece to remove scratches, tool marks, excess weld material, sharp edges, and burrs - Polish heat-treated parts to product smooth, consistent, unmarred surface, and achieve specified finish - Read blueprints for product specifications, such as dimensions, material type, material sizes, finish callout, and material hardness, etc. - Operate sand blaster to prepare part for final polish and finish sand blast parts to achieve specified finish CNC Grinder Requirements: - Ability to operate large angle grinders, small angle grinders, belt sanders, die grinders, orbital sanders, drum sanders, hand files, and other tools - Ability to read blueprints - Ability to maintain tolerance and finishes to specifications QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
