Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday (Remote position) Pay rate: $28 - $30/hr. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze large volumes of client-specific data downloaded from Enveyo. Create and manipulate Excel reports using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced functions. Identify outliers and discrepancies in line-item data and summarize findings for resolution. Communicate findings and collaborate with the parcel team to address issues and discrepancies. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of data issues. Prepare, summarize, and upload data to NetSuite. Support the invoicing process by ensuring accurate data entry and validation. Essential Functions: Candidates should possess advanced Excel skills and extensive experience in data review and analysis. Familiarity with NetSuite is essential, along with a strong sense of urgency. While accounting skills are not required, the role involves working with client-specific data from Enveyo, creating pivot tables and VLOOKUPS, identifying outliers in line-item data, and communicating findings with the parcel team. Additional responsibilities include following up, summarizing data, and uploading information to NetSuite. Qualified candidates will have two years of related experience.
