This position will be posted from January 10, 2025 - January 24, 2025.

What you will do:




  • Lead market-based product direction with Nutrien Strategic Accounts across the US.



  • Maintain data flow and visibility for Segmentation Bid Assistance Tool and PowerApps associated with product pricing.



  • Support pricing, inventory and direction initiatives by maintaining price lists, supporting vendor and Nutrien Financial programs, negotiating outside rebates, and open communication with the field.



  • May advise on daily operations of Strategic Account business to enhance efficiency and profitability.



  • Work directly with the sales team through field calls, meetings and industry presentations supporting and developing pro-active customer approaches to retain and increase revenues.



  • Developrelationships with internal and external product suppliers and procurement teams.



  • Support Nutrien Legal with Contracts for our suppliers and customers.




What you will bring:




  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, marketing, or related field.



  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in chemical sales, procurement, or marketing.



  • Comprehensive understanding of the product life cycle.



  • Clear and effective decision making, with emphasis on a data driven, analytical approach.



  • Competent in developing and maintaining partnerships both internally and externally to achieve a common goal.



  • Effective negotiation methods that employ empathy, tact, credibility, and mutual benefit.



  • Competent in applying ethical criteria in situations requiring sound judgement.



  • Efficient time management techniques, maximizing results.



  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.





Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure.

Salary Range $105,300 - $195,600/annually.This range is estimated forStrategic Accounts Supply Managerin the State of Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Details will be discussed through the application process.
