• Concur Expense System
• Accounting
• Expense Reports
• Customer Service
• Auditing

What You'll Be Doing:

• Audit and process expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees using the Concur Expense System.
• Communicate effectively with employees via email, addressing inquiries and providing guidance.
• Support global locations with their T&E requests and inquiries.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma
• 3-5 Years of Accounts Payable and Customer Service
• Experience with Concur Expense auditing is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Fluent English speaker and strong written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and as part of a small team
• Experience with AppZen desirable (Preferred)
• Proven decision-making and human relation skills. (Preferred)
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. (Preferred)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel to include VLookup and PivotTables (Preferred)
