Project Control Specialist

Integral Federal is hiring a Project Control Specialist to support one of our government contracts.

Provide scheduling support to the program manager, deputy program manager, and other key team members.
• Identify project/program milestones/schedule issues early and provide resolutions to ensure the successful execution of projects and programs.
• Develop and update standard schedule templates for projects and programs.
• Develop and track periodic milestone reports for customer projects and programs.
• Prepare detailed resource loaded schedules for task orders.
• Provide resource schedule information to be incorporated in contractor integration report and projection of resource use impact.
• Develops project budgets and measures actual performance against budgets.
• Compiles and presents financial reports and analysis.
• Interface with subcontractors.
• Ensures that corporate financial and accounting procedures are followed.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience working in project financial controls, developing proformas, managing multiple resources and subcontracts, and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
