Dock Attendant

This employee oversees the delivery and pickup by vendors, contractors or staff to and from the loading dock. Including proper handling of packages, ensuring it ends up in the correct place without any damage. They also continuously track packages, solve delivery and traffic issues, enforce parking regulations, and keep the dock both clean and organized. Additionally, the employee makes sure to communicate with vendors, co-workers, and supervisors to maintain a steady workflow.
