Overview
Licensed Mental Health Professional Lead Full-Time; FTE 1.0 8:30am-5:00pm Moline, IL Under the general supervision of the Manager of Robert Young Center (RYC) for Clinical Mental Health Outpatient Services, this individual serves as a team leader for the outpatient therapy team. This individual will provide clinical supervision to staff members and students, review documentation to ensure compliance, review clinical activities of team members, certify a diagnosis for unlicensed staff members, assist with treatment recommendation, ensure prompt completion of documentation across the team and assist with crisis evaluations as needed. Responsibilities
- Provides clinical supervision; reviews and approves clinical documentation.
- Serves as team lead for an assigned group of Licensed Mental Health Professionals, Qualified Mental Health Professionals, and Mental Health Professionals to ensure time and accurate completion of documentation, meet/exceed productivity, meet/exceed quality metrics.
- Performs diagnostic assessments, collecting diagnostic information, determining immediate treatment plans for patients. Requests medical consultation, where indicated, in a diligent and timely manner.
Qualifications
Education:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
Experience:
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Holds a current license from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation in one of the following - Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Must apply within 90 days for licensure in Iowa, as required for position. Must obtain license in secondary state within 6 months as required for position.
