As a Senior Director in the Capital One Technology organization, you will apply your leadership and analytical skills to our highest profile technology controls program. You will act as a thought leader working across the business to develop and implement cutting edge risk solutions to ensure Capital Ones continued success. Senior Directors in Capital Ones technology organization partner across the enterprise with executives, engineers, and risk leaders to deliver strategic value at scale. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated technology professional with a passion for risk management and deep experience with technology controls. The candidate will develop, implement, and monitor a strategic vision for the target control portfolio. Further, the candidate possesses expert communication skills, is results focused, and has a strong track record of problem solving, influencing senior leaders, and collaborating across teams and organizations.
