The Dean's Office is comprised of collaborative and engaged professionals in Finance, HR, Advancement, Communications, and Facilities, Computing supporting the entire School. The School employs over 180 senate faculty members, 140 non-senate faculty, and 80+ staff. Over 2000 undergraduate and graduate students are pursuing degrees in Humanities fields. The School is comprised of 13 academic departments and several research centers. Your Role on the Team Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Advancement, the Office Coordinator performs a full range of professional duties including coordinating and consulting with a variety of campus offices and department/program managers for gift processing, financial processing, purchasing, and donor relations. The Office Coordinator also assists with day-to-day operations of the Advancement Department, development event coordination, and other administrative projects as assigned.
