Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Plattsburgh, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Process Industrial Quality manager.
  • Manage Industrial Quality activities in relevant workshops (IQ team + process + KPI).
  • Stop the production in case of a defect that justifies mandatory rework.
  • Participate or delegate customer joint Inspections.
  • Participate in processing FMEA definition.
  • Build, implement & regularly update Quality Control Plans with REX of previous project execution.
  • Ensure customer approval, document validation & compliance of the manufactured products before shipping.
  • Perform Line Quality Animation with cross-function team.
  • Perform and participate in product inspections (Customer joint inspections included if applicable).
  • Manage problem solving.
  • Records inspection results in the industrial tools as required & performed follow-up.
  • Perform the first characterization & manage NCRs for non-compliant products for internal responsibility.
  • Support manufacturing teams regarding self-inspection, delegation of control (Training, audit), & Position Quality Animation with EPU manager.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $ 32.00 - 37.00 /hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week

Length: Temporary (13 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Technician.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to accept or reject products as defined in the working instructions / Expert support.
