Through our four business groups, DRiV, Ride Performance, Clean Air and Powertrain, Tenneco is driving advancements in global mobility by delivering technology solutions for diversified global markets, including light vehicle, commercial truck, off-highway, industrial, motorsport and the aftermarket. We're searching for a skilled Manager of OneStream Administration to participate in the administration, development, and optimization of the OneStream platform. This role will support critical financial processes, including consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while identifying and implementing enhancements to improve platform efficiency and user experience. The number one objective of this position is to develop and execute processes, documentation, and enhancements that improve user experience while driving efficiencies in the finance processes supported by the platform. The successful candidate will partner closely with Accounting and FP&A teams to plan, execute, and support month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting routines. The role also involves contributing to system enhancements that automate processes, drive efficiency, and enable self-service capabilities for end users. This role will also include collaborating on formal succession planning, assisting in creating career paths for team members, and supporting efforts to minimize the impact of team turnover. Continuous improvement of fundamental user training will be prioritized to enhance onboarding experiences for the Finance organization. As part of a global organization, this role will require occasional flexibility for off-hours support during critical financial close and reporting activities.
