As a Banquet Food Server, you will be integral to our success, providing outstanding guest service by delivering food and beverages with a smile. Essential Job Functions: * Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness * Thoughtfully prepare banquet tables with the perfect setup as detailed in the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to create an inviting and memorable experience * Deliver guests' food and beverage with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction * After each function, reset the banquet room as specified in the BEO or per given instructions to ensure it's perfectly prepared for the next event * Ensure the banquet facilities are impeccably organized after each event by replenishing and properly storing all condiments and supplies * Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all banquet facilities HOTEL SPECIFIC: The DoubleTree Hotel believes top tier Team Members deserve some recognition!
