We are looking for a Chemical loader to work at our Milwauke, WI plant site.

This role is a 24/7 operating position which you must be able to work 1st shift, 2nd shift and 3rd shift as well as be able to work overtime, weekends and hoildays.

The starting pay will be $34.20 an hour and will increase every year with a chance to make 7 figures a year!!

Job Tasks:

• Load tank trucks and generate associated shipping documentation.
• Greet and coordinate tank trucks as they arrive on site.
• Monitor the steam generators and adjust settings as needed
• Administers reactor and equipment to run reactors safely, SAP functions to control and disposition inventory accurately, including electronic transactions, documentation and communication.
• Duties will include operating reactors, work tanks, heat exchangers, homogenizers, chemical distribution and dispensing systems, and performing scheduling, inventorying and managing raw materials, updating work instructions, transitioning inventory into products, cycle counting, and database entry and other associated activities, etc.
• Operation of DeltaV software for production and/or local process control controllers.
• Complete analytical analysis and quality testing as required (in-process testing; pH & Halogen)
• Coordinate operator schedule coverage
• Perform analysis of finished products
• Monitor and maintain raw material and finished goods inventory
• Perform SAP transactions
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Utilize proper PPE - inspect before each use
• Complete all training on time as assigne

Additional:

Candidate must have a 4th class Stationary Engineer's license (minimum), or be able to obtain a license within 30 days of starting work. Solenis will assist in obtaining that license if needed.

Physical:

• Must be capable to climb and descend stairs routinely
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work extended hours; up to 12 hours in length
• Work multiple shifts
