Account Manager (AM) The Account Manager (AM) is a trusted advisor to one of Majesco's top insurance client operating in the Crop Insurance sector. Provide valuable guidance around operations and optimization of delivery to customer. The AM is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customer, ensuring their technical and functional needs are met and their satisfaction with our delivery is maximized. The AM acts as the primary liaison between the customer and our internal teams (US and India), providing expert guidance, support, and advocacy. Job Responsibilities:
- Build exceptional client relationships by acting as the delivery leader to assigned crop customer, requiring program management expertise.
- Manage and understand customer escalation, and business pain points. Partner with internal teams on resolution ensuring that the customer is engaged and aware of action plans and resolution timing.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding application, issues, and plans where appropriate.
- Helping customers attain value from the delivery or services, ideally assisting them in gaining more value than they anticipated.
- Working with the Client Partner and delivery team with information about project specifications, SOW's and potential new revenue opportunities.
- Arrange for regular meetings with Customer Management team to review progress and improvements done based on customer feedback.
- Conduct monthly operational meetings with customer key stakeholders to provide an overview of delivery.
- Provide weekly updates to key customer stakeholders.
- Work with Majesco management to manage politically sensitive issues impacting customers, business or impacting relationship with the customer.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft .net Technologies is desirable
- Work with offshore team management to ensure offshore visibility to customer in terms of project objectives, requirements, and deliveries
All About You
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Program Management role; at least 5-8 years of experience on insurance application is preferred. Crop insurance would be desired.
- Consulting & Leadership Skills - Ability to adapt to various work settings and serve in a leadership role.
- Experience with SDLC processes to facilitate the project(s) in requirement gathering, functional specifications, QA, user acceptance testing, or training.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to determine the best solution for a complex problem.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrate Problem Solving & Decision-Making skills.
- Possesses a working knowledge of the business and/or technical environments in which the system operates, and a good knowledge of the Insurance business function supported.
- Familiar with architecture frameworks and software design patterns. (Desirable)
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent required; Agile Product owner certification is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
Location: Maple Grove, MN Expectation is to work from office at least 4 days a week. What Majesco Offers: Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000.
