What you'll be doing...

This role will support the Associate Director, Partnership Activation to manage strategic activations within our partnership portfolio. The ideal candidate will excel in operational excellence, relationship management, and strategic execution. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for sports and music and experience in driving success through planning, execution, and measurement. The Senior Manager of Partnership Activation leads the development and management of activation workstreams with both internal and external stakeholders.

You'll manage select verticals and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to bring our brand and products to life through the partnership. You will drive the strategy based on core business priorities and expertise of the partner's vertical. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all relevant channels are cared for. In addition, you will manage external partners and agencies to execute concept ideation and execution. The work you do every single day will directly impact how people experience our brand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding the scope of assets within the partnership portfolio and leveraging them to extract maximum value for the business.

  • Developing strategic plans to utilize assets across digital and/or physical assets and events.

  • Managing event and sponsorship programs end-to-end, including strategic briefing, concept development, relationship management, measurement, and budget management.

  • Partnership Management: In collaboration with the Partnership team, liaise with the Partner to discuss contractual assets and ensure all deliverables are met.

  • Activation and Execution: Lead the execution of partnership activations, working closely with necessary business units to ensure seamless delivery of all partnership benefits and maximize engagement.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the sponsorships are integrated across the company's marketing efforts, driving cohesiveness and synergy.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Provide recaps and reports for activations and events with data and insights to share with leadership and extended team; provide POV on opportunities to optimize.

  • Agency Management: Lead day-to-day relationships with activation agencies to execute programs and activations.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience in sponsorship and experiential marketing or event management.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products.

  • Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Marketing, or Communications.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • 4 or more years of agency management experience.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously with a strong attention to detail in a fast-changing environment.

  • Ability to complete important time-sensitive tasks with high proficiency, adapt quickly to last-minute changes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and writing skills including the ability to create effective presentations.

  • Experience in budget management.

  • Entrepreneurial self-starter.

  • Experience with design/activation space.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $108,000.00 and $201,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
