The Assistant Director of 340B Management provides leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of 340B operations. This role is responsible for monitoring industry trends, maximizing program opportunities, ensuring compliance with current regulations and guidelines, and overseeing the 340B program team. The Assistant Director works closely with the Executive Director of 340B & Supply Chain Management to align operations with organizational goals and to drive continuous improvement in program efficiency and effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum 61.39 per hour - Maximum 107.43 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
