CMAT (Customer Supply Manager - Management and Analytics Tool) is a workflow orchestration tool targeting to automate and digitalize services provided by CSuMs (Customer Supply Managers) through out the customer opportunity journey from Opp creation till invoicing to the customer. CMAT Product Owners is accountable to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure the tool development and deployment within the budget and in line with strategy execution plan.

As part of CNS Operations you will play a vital role in driving the Lead-to-cash Business Operations-as-a-service, delivering fully digital customer experience to support CNS in pioneering Nokia's transition to "as-a-service" delivery model and driving new value creation in digital eco-systems.

CNS Operations drives a responsive customer centric Lead-to-Cash execution model across CNS BUs and GTM units with focus on Order-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay. CNS Operations team operate a reliable and cost optimized supply chain, drive supply industrialization, simplification & automation and manage a resilient supplier eco-system. We provide a robust and agile CNS Operating System for process transformation & digitalization, create transparency on the performance across the value chain of processes and provide fact-based process insights for reporting and decision making to the units of CNS

Main Responsibility Areas

  • Define and Own the CMAT Roadmap: Shape and communicate the product vision by defining short- and long-term goals that align with business priorities.
  • Backlog Prioritization: Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overarching business strategy and maximizing value.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on requirements.
  • User Story Creation: Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Scrum Participation: Actively engage in Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to provide clear direction and feedback to the team.
  • Technical Coordination: Work closely with the Solution Architect to guide technical and solution design, ensuring alignment with the product vision.
  • Change Management & Communication Support: Collaborate on change management initiatives and communication strategies to support seamless adoption and product success.
  • User Feedback Integration: Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users, adapting the product backlog to meet evolving needs.

  • Process and MoO understanding
  • At least 5 years relevant experience including supply chain management, product ownership
  • Strong understanding of Nokia's supply and delivery execution processes and the customer interlinkages
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience with Scrum methodologies
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas and technical information clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with solution design processes and experience working alongside solution architects or technical teams.
  • Capable of assessing business requirements, prioritizing needs, and adapting product backlogs based on feedback and data insights.
