Job Description As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes. The successful candidate will have a background in SQL and Python, with a proven track record of leveraging these technical skills to manipulate large datasets and derive valuable insights. This position will play an important role on the growing Loyalty & Customer Engagement team, focusing on developing a better understanding of our customer and driving more repeat business for Omni. Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to streamline data processing and analysis projects into and out of existing and emerging technology.
