Clinical Education and Operations Specialist Cancer Center Services Full Time 83068BR Job Summary Technical leader with a high degree of knowledge in the overall field and recognized expertise in specific areas; problem-solving frequently requires analysis of unique issues / problems without precedent and / or structure. May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources; functions with a high degree of autonomy. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $118,700 - $213,400 (Annual Rate). Over 7200 adults are treated for cancer annually with over 200,000 outpatient office, infusion and radiation oncology visits. The UCSF Cancer program is ranked in the top 10 nationally by US News and World Report and is one of the world's top five institutions producing the most impactful and utilized research (per Elsevier Publishing). At UCSF the patient experience is a top priority and programs are reviewed and developed to ensure a patient-centered approach. A vast array of support services are provided to patients including social work, psychological support, nutrition counseling, exercise counseling, support groups, art therapy, and many others.
