Quality Improvement Specialist Quality Improvement Full Time 82946BR Job Summary The Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist is responsible for supporting the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals (BCH) Quality Improvement department activities in partnership with Quality & Safety leadership and staff. This role works across the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals (BCH) in Oakland and San Francisco, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. A primary function of this role includes working alongside QI Advisors in support of project taskforces, contributing to aspects of quality improvement projects, including the assess, plan, improve and sustain phases of the work. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $96,700 - $145,100 (Annual Rate). The team is made up of individuals with clinical and non-clinical backgrounds, with skillsets in clinical quality improvement project facilitation, program and project management, data analysis and interpretation, and data abstraction, and collaborates with individuals across many parts of the broader UCSF organization.
