The Jr. Project Manager will manage customer setups, install requests, service requests, and correcting master data errors in Salesforce. This role will serve as a liaison between the sales team and various internal departments to ensure seamless operations and support for the sales team. This role will also support North America PM Office with any additional administrative tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Setups: Manage the setup of new customers in SAP and Salesforce. Ensure all necessary information is gathered and accurately entered into the systems. 2. Install and Service Requests: Handle the processing of install and service requests. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of these requests. 3. Master Data Management: Correct and update master data errors in Salesforce. Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and updating customer information. 4. Liaison with TCS: Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and TCS for service-related issues. Ensure all necessary information is provided to TCS to facilitate service calls and other customer-related activities. 5. Dispenser Orders: Place and approve dispenser orders as needed. Ensure orders are processed accurately and promptly. 6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work with relevant teams to implement changes. Develop and maintain templates and forms to streamline customer setup and service request processes. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role. Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce. Strong organizational and data management skills and ability to multi-task. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare or service industry. Familiarity with master data management processes.
