Project Manager

Mosaicis seeking a talented and dynamicProject Managerto join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning through to successful delivery. You will manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality deliverables. • Full Project Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from inception to completion, using Mosaic's project management methodology and best practices.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, work breakdown structures, risk logs, and resource cost estimates.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project teams and subject matter experts to understand impacted processes, gather business and technical requirements, and implement effective solutions.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and implement test plans to ensure project success, and monitor post-project success criteria.
• Issue Resolution: Actively identify and resolve issues with the project team to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.
• Risk and Change Management: Proactively escalate risks, barriers, and scope changes to key stakeholders, while working to minimize disruptions.
• Reporting & Audits: Ensure timely completion of all required reports and audits, maintaining transparent communication with leadership.
• Best Practices Education: Help educate the project team on Mosaic's project management best practices and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
