You will manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
- Full Project Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from inception to completion, using Mosaic's project management methodology and best practices.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, work breakdown structures, risk logs, and resource cost estimates.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project teams and subject matter experts to understand impacted processes, gather business and technical requirements, and implement effective solutions.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and implement test plans to ensure project success, and monitor post-project success criteria.
- Issue Resolution: Actively identify and resolve issues with the project team to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.
- Risk and Change Management: Proactively escalate risks, barriers, and scope changes to key stakeholders, while working to minimize disruptions.
- Reporting & Audits: Ensure timely completion of all required reports and audits, maintaining transparent communication with leadership.
- Best Practices Education: Help educate the project team on Mosaic's project management best practices and ensure adherence to established guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects, with a proven record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Skills:
- Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile (Scrum), and hybrid approaches.
- Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various business areas (e.g., Finance, Technology).
- Process Mapping: Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and developing acceptance criteria.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead diverse teams toward common goals and work effectively with both business and technical staff.
- Conflict Resolution: Strong skills in resolving conflicts and managing competing demands to maintain project momentum.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in clear, actionable formats.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Smartsheet, Google Suite, and other project management tools.
