Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled nurse to join our Non-Invasive Cardiology department. The successful candidate will assist with stress testing, stress echocardiograms, and nuclear stress testing. This role requires a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional patient care and support our cardiology team. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required. Other Skills/Knowledge: Previous experience in cardiology or a related field is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of non-invasive cardiology procedures and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe: - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - CPHON (Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurses) - OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization) - S.T.A.B.L.E.
