Description Maine Medical CenterManagement/Leadership Summary This position manages all kitchen activities including the supervisors and staff,of the MMC main kitchen. Work involves the implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures and programs related to patient and non patient food production and service. Responsible for installing, updating, modifying and maintaining department applications and hardware across multiple campus. Performs a wide variety of technical tasks including backups, hardware and software project consulation and other tasks as needed. Position is main contact with MMC IS department for all hardware and software issues. Assists with creating and implementing Fiscal Year operating budget recommendations and projections. Serves as active member of the department menu committee. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
