About the Job

This role involves working with REDCap for data analysis and project development. Responsibilities include aliquoting samples into various tubes, coordinating sample transfers to labs within the University, and analyzing the resulting data. Additionally, the individual will assist in AI-mediated analyses of samples from Latin America and Africa and must possess the capability to contribute to manuscript writing.

Job Duties:
30% AI -Will evaluate validation of specific algorithms for detection of HCC
30% cytokine analysis - Will help evaluate integration of 32 different cytokines evaluated by the CRL with risk of HCC, specifically working on excel sheets correlating cytokines and risk
20% sample management - Will receive samples sent from other labs, and aliquot them in the freezer as well as distribute samples to CRL within UMN for analysis
20% REDCap management - will be in charge of week to week administration of our redcap projects related to HCC, specifically adding and removing investigators, ensuring data has been interested by other investigators, etc

BA/BS or a combination of related education and work experience to equal four years' applies knowledge and skills to a recurring task or activity with emphasis typically on precision and timeliness of execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
Have experience in global health and AI, particularly related to Liver cancer in Latin America.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: Salary: $41,600 to $72,800, depending on education/qualifications/experience

Time Appointment: 75%-100% Appointment
