Compensation: This position is offering a hourly rate range from $57 - $59.

Job Description:
Prime Air is at the forefront of drone delivery services, revolutionizing how goods are transported and delivered. As part of our commitment to excellence and safety, we are seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Assistant to support our drone delivery operations. This role is critical to the seamless execution of daily operations, encompassing physical tasks, operational support, and community ambassador tasks.

Responsibilities:
* Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment, including drone batteries, related gear, ensuring all components are prepared for daily operations.
* Utilize good visual acuity to serve as a Visual Observer with the ability to identify and respond to obstacles, hazards, or changes in flight conditions during drone operations.
* With strong communication and interpersonal skills, embody the role of a Community Ambassador, fostering positive relations and representing our innovative mission with pride and professionalism in every interaction.
* Demonstrate proficiency in a warehouse setting, engaging in fulfillment operations with an eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring a seamless supply chain, from storage to delivery.
* Adherence to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes.
Basic Qualifications:
* Current Part 107 certificate holder
* Availability to work in shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Capable of working effectively in a high-pressure environment
* Ability to carry/lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, climb ladders and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in drone industry
* Ability and license to operate a motor vehicle

This position may be subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing if conducting safety sensitive functions as defined by the FAA. Federal law also requires Client to determine an applicant's DOT drug and/or alcohol testing history prior to hiring him/her into a position that would require them to conduct safety sensitive functions as defined by the FAA.
