Essential Job Duties |

Housekeeper! In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our facilities remain spotless, sanitized, and inviting. As a valued team member, you'll help maintain

Key responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:
- Vacuum, mop, scrub, dust, disinfect, and replenish supplies to maintain clean and sanitary conditions
- Remove recycling from centralized indoor recycling sites
- Promptly report safety concerns, accidents, incidents, or discrepancies within the building to the manager
- Use standard equipment and supplies effectively to complete assigned tasks.
Address door tag issues and other urgent needs- Periodically strip and refinish floors, shampoo and extract carpets, and perform seasonal or periodic pressure washing of entrances, exterior walls, and windows

Other Responsibilities |
- Perform snow and ice removal within a team environment during inclement weather, in addition to coordinating with coworkers during group response to emergencies. Perform team cleaning tasks and projects during breaks, and when space is accessible.
- May be required to fill in for absenteeism outside of assigned area.

Qualifications
Minimum Experience/Education |
Some knowledge of cleaning procedures, ability to follow instructions and to perform medium to heavy physical work; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Special certification may be required for some of these positions. |
Other Required Qualifications |
- Experience performing housekeeping duties
- Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and the general public, and is able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and other communications related to work assignments and other matters
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 90 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations, grasp, push, and pull cleaning equipment, reach overhead for cleaning tasks, bend, squat, climb and balance on ladders up to 8 feet, and distinguish between colors
