THE JOB:

As an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Player Development in Marketing and Executive Director of Food & Beverage, you'll provide high-level support by managing schedules, organizing projects, streamlining communications, and ensuring operations run seamlessly.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for two executive leaders

  • Prepare expense reports for the executives and ensure timely processing

  • Streamline event communications and create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)

  • Oversee external event and rental inquiries, ensuring smooth execution

  • Handle purchase orders, vendor payments, and invoice tracking

  • Lead bidding/RFP processes and ensure procurement excellence

  • Organize meeting agendas, record minutes, and track actionable tasks

  • Compile critical data for financial analysis and special projects

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and vendor opportunities

  • You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational skills

  • You take initiative, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly without the need for follow-up

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment are essential

The typical pay range for this role is:

$26.75 - $42.80

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
