Responsibilities & Qualifications Provides management, analysis, and integration of business data to support decision-making, enhance organizational efficiency, and drive process improvement initiatives. Acts as a liaison between Billing and the Information Technology Department to coordinate and communicate system and process changes with appropriate parties. Responsible for ensuring data quality, interpreting business trends, and supporting the implementation of new systems and procedures including testing, communication, and documentation. Aggregate and perform statistical analysis on business data to support requests from project teams and senior leadership. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by integrating and validating data from multiple sources. Interpret data to identify business trends, perform root cause analysis of problems, and suggest areas for improvement. Assist with the investigation and resolution of issues related to system and processes. Create forms and procedures to promote efficiency through standardization, process improvement, work simplification or other methods. Create and maintain user-related documentation, web sites and reports. Mentor and train business process specialists and/or business users. **Candidates who live within 50 miles of one of our offices in West Bend, Madison or Appleton, WI will be expected to work a hybrid schedule Preferred Experience and Skills
