DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The Print/Mail Production Supervisor position requires knowledge of Q-Direct (RSA) and IQ/BCC (Bell & Howell) applications and systems, as well as the ability to operate the electronic publishing system, and perform general repairs and set-up parameters on Xerox printers. Specific duties involve monitoring Q-Direct (RSA) server(s) processing, directing workflow in accordance with precedence guidelines, assisting when processing issues occur, and ensuring file processing is accomplished correctly and efficiently. You will also supervise the operation of Xerox printers and all bindery operations in the Quick Copy Unit. This professional develops training and quality assurance procedures, in addition to developing and maintaining a printer activity log and emergency power outage restart procedures. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Print Production Technician; or
- One year as a Mail Production Team Leader; or
- Two years of experience in the operation of print or mail insertion equipment or similar machinery used in a print or mail production facility; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
