Exciting opportunity for New Graduate RNs with Yale New Haven Health System - Central Staffing Office Travel with Us in the Yale New Haven Health System Paid 1 year Orientation/residency. After 1 year increase to $54/hr. to travel within YNHHS

We will provide new graduate nurses the opportunity to grow from a novice nurse to an experienced nurse in a yearlong supportive paid residency program. You will be immersed with patient populations across the inpatient areas including medicine, surgery, pulmonary, cardiac, oncology and more. After your residency, you will rotate among 3 of our hospitals. We are seeking flexible RNs with hardwired HRO behaviors and the following credentials:

  • New Graduate Nurse
  • BCLS

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. All newly hired Registered Nurses must have current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire.

RN License or License eligible in the State of Connecticut.

EDUCATION
