Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Understand client requirements (stories), come up with the story level design and translate into deliverables Requirements: 7+ years of experience .NET Core development Web API development Able to learn business processes and apply that knowledge to assigned tasks Experience working in an agile environment Demonstrate excellent programming, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience with Oracle 12c database Experience with Agile Development Demonstrate experience designing solution approaches for large scale enterprise systems Demonstrate experience providing code reviews and mentoring across multiple agile teams Demonstrate experience leading developers to delivery high speed high quality code Experience migrating to CI/CD with SDM platform (Horizon/BitBucket/Artifactory/etc.) Able to read code in multiple languages and inspects infrastructure in order to thoroughly understand current state before requesting or implementing changes Desired skills: Experience with Blazor Experience with Telerik controls Motivated and bright individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable in contributing fresh ideas and welcomes learning opportunities Curious about emerging technology trends and enjoys stimulating brainstorming discussions with a group of like-minded technology professionals Pay Range: $58.26 - $66.26 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
