Station Services Intern

Global is seeking aStation Services Internto work within its Car Wash Department located in Waltham, MA. The Intern will spend up 50% of his/her time in the field working with our stores to execute and optimize car wash programs with a key focus on our Unlimited Wash Club Program as well as working with other departments within the Global Partners.

• Unlimited Wash Club Program
• Work with Director of Car Wash Operations on enhancing & growing the Unlimited Program
• Expansion of program
• Training site personnel
• Adding new Customers
• Work with our Marketing Department to drive local awareness, excitement surrounding the Unlimited Program.
• Car Wash
• Develop site specific marketing strategies to optimize sales.
• Assist in the development of Training Guide for car wash site managers.
• Review car wash website and work with Marketing Dept to update & enhance.
• Ride sites to ensure proper marketing materials are in place.
• Work towards 2023 completion of car wash tracking sheet and share with the sites.
• Assist in marketing & social media content for Alltown Car Wash Brand.
• Assist Sr. Car Wash Category Manager & Car Wash Field Specialist in various task at the car wash to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic personality comfortable engaging with our consumers and store associates
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a licensed driver with his/her own reliable automobile
• Self-starter with strong work ethic
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week from agreed upon start date to week before start of classes.
• The internship program is designed to give students not only corporate experience but also the opportunity to learn more about the industry and Global itself.

Education Requirement

• Must have a high school diploma and be enrolled in a degree program leading to a Bachelor's degree
