Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Undertakes an internship designed to provide on-the-job training and experience
• Engage in various work assignments, projects, and activities of varying complexity, structured to enable the intern to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform at a professional level.
• Undertake and/or participates in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams to identify, quantify return on investment, and track medical cost reduction initiatives
• Drive and Produce various financial reporting and analytical activities that support Medical Cost Action Plan (MCAP) Reporting
• Identify the key variance factors between Projection savings submitted by business owners and actual results generated by actuarial
• Assist the coordination with the Medical Cost Optimization Committee on the ingestion and implementation of medical cost optimization solutions
• Implement analytic tools and techniques to identify cost drivers and ways to improve medical cost performance
• Translate advanced excel reporting and data into comprehensive presentations for leadership
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• Entry Level Role
• Requires High School Diploma
• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Location: 1700 American Blvd. Pennington, NJ - Hybrid Work Schedule

Schedule: 8am-5pm (9 hour work day with lunch)

Duration: 11 week Summer Internship Program (June 2, 2025 - August 15, 2025)
